Rescor 310M 3000°F Fused Silica Foam

● 310M Ceramic foam is composed of over 99% pure Fused Silica ● Ceramic and offers low thermal expansion and conductivity, high thermal shock resistance and high thermal reflectance. It is easily cut, sawed and drilled. ● 2000ºF, white hot, parts can be immersed in water with out cracking. ● Resistant to: oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, molten metals, steam, corrosive gasses, most acids, chemicals and solvents.

3000ºF Ceramic Papers

Ultra Temp 300 is made from Asbestos Free, High Purity, Refractory Fibers. Ultra temp 300 is resistant to oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, molten non-ferrous metals, steam, most chemicals, solvents, molten metal sparks and splashes. It offers outstanding thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity and heat storage, good dielectric strength, high resiliency, mechanical and thermal shock resistance and sound absorption. Can be cut with ordinary scissors and formed into complex shapes. Use for low cost electrical and thermal insulation, separators, metal handling, gaskets, padding and thousands of uses in every lab, shop and production facility.

3000ºF Ceramic Papers

Ultra Temp 390 is made from non-woven, Alumina Oxide based, high purity, refractory fibers and is available in ready to use 1", 2" or 3" wide roll form. Resistant to molten metal sparks and splashes, most chemicals and solvents. Offers outstanding thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity and heat storage, good dielectric strength, high resiliency, mechanical and thermal shock resistance and sound absorption. Can be cut with ordinary scissors and formed into complex shapes. Durapot 801 3350°F Pure Alumina Ceramic

● Durapot™ 801 is a specially formulated, room temp. curing, 99% pure Alumina Ceramic. Offers the ultimate properties of pure Alumina. Does not contain binders to contaminate even the most delicate systems. Offers high electrical resistance, even at high temperatures. Ideal for many electrical and metallurgical applications.

Durapot 804 & 805 3000°F Low Cost Alumina Potting Compounds

● Durapot™ 804 and 805 were formulated to provide a high strength, low cost, Alumina potting and casting material where the purity of type 801 is not required. Electrical and metallurgical properties are excellent. Use 804 for small parts and 805 for larger castings.

Durapot 809 2800°F Electrically Resistant Cement

● Durapot™ 809 The best, general purpose, ceramic potting compound. Based on Magnesium Oxide it is electrically resistant and offers excellent chemical resistance. Use for potting, sealing and bonding. Just mix, apply and cure at room temperature. Commonly used in ignitions, heating coils, electronics, as well as many production applications.

Durapot 810 3000°F Highly Thermally Conductive, Potting Compound

● Durapot™ 810 Alumina based, thermally conductive potting compound and adhesive developed to provide excellent electrical resistance at high temperature and improved thermal conductivity for high power applications.

Durapot 820 3200°F Electrically Resistant Coating

● Durapot™ 820 is a 3200°F, one component paint and coating. Just brush on and air dry to form a highly resistant, 3200ºF coating containing over 85% Alumina. Use to coat wires, coils, windings, etc.

Cotronics 370 3000°F Ceramic Fiber Blankets

● Cotronics’ Ceramic Blankets are made from Asbestos Free, High Purity Refractory Fibers. Cotronics 372 3000°F Wrap It Moldable Sheets

● Wrap It Moldable Sheets combine Cotronics' high purity, refractory fibers with proprietary, inorganic binders in a new economical wet felt form. ● Can be cut to shape, molded and dried to form a light weight resistant to most chemicals and solvents. Wrap It will not crack or spall, has excellent thermal shock resistance and is no wet by molten metals. ● They are ideal for molten metal handling, thermal insulation, fire proofing, burner chambers, field repair, welding supports, fixtures, ovens, sound absorption, separators, etc.
