Resbond 919 2800°F Electrically Resistant
● Exceptionally high electrical resistance. Dielectric strength is 270 volts/mil and volume resistivity is 1011 ohm-cm (at room temp.).
● Maintains its high electrical resistance and dielectric strength at high temperature.
● Users Report Resbond 919 bonds electrodes, seals light bulb fixtures, forms protective tubes for fiberglass covered extension wires and more.

Resbond 920 2800°F Thermally Conductive
● Just mix, apply and let dry. Resbond 920 cures at room temp. to bond, seal, insulate, encapsulate and protect delicate electronics components against heat, electricity, chemicals, corrosion and moisture.
● Based on high purity Alumina Ceramic it is ideal for use when rapid dissipation of heat is required
● Applications include: bonding, encapsulating, protecting and electrically insulating, high watt resistors, electrodes, extension wires, thermocouples, heat sensors, heating coils, igniters and critical electronic components.
2100°F Rescor™ 902 Alumina Silicate
Easily machined with standard shop equipment. Can be turned, drilled and shaped. Produces sharp, detailed parts with close tolerances.
902 provides excellent electronic, mechanical and thermal properties and will not out gas in a vacuum.
Applications Include: electrical insulators, furnace components, brazing, soldering, welding fixtures, thick and thin film applications, R.F. heating fixtures, prototype ceramic components, etc.
1000°F Rescor™ 914 Glass Ceramic
Dense and vacuum tight. Machines on conventional shop equipment and standard cutting tools. No post machining heat treatments are required.
Offers high impact and mechanical strength and low thermal conductivity.
Ideal for vacuum feed thrus, electrical and vacuum needs, electrical parts and can be metalized for soldering applications.
1800°F Rescor™ 915 Macor™ Glass Ceramic
Dense and vacuum tight, glass ceramic composite with “0” porosity. No heat treatments are required.
Can be ground, sawed, turned, tapped, milled and drilled, etc. Offers excellent electronic properties, even at high frequencies.
Ideal for critical medical and vacuum applications, for insulators with high dielectric strength and chemical resistance.
Provides the chemical, thermal and electrical properties of standard high purity alumina ceramics.
Can be machined with standard shop equipment. No heat treatments are required.
Now 96%, high Alumina parts can easily be made with the convenience of an "in house" process.

3000°F Rescor™310M Fused Silica Foam
310M Ceramic foam is composed of over 99% pure Fused Silica Ceramic and offers low thermal expansion and conductivity, high thermal shock resistance and high thermal reflectance.
It is easily cut, sawed and drilled.
2000ºF, white hot, parts can be immersed in water with out cracking.
Resistant to: oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, molten metals, steam, corrosive gasses, most acids, chemicals and solvents.
Resbond 940 2000°F Fast Setting Adhesive
● Just mix and apply. Cures in 5 minutes at 175°F or in 16 hours at room temp. without any objectionable or toxic odors. 940 is specially formulated with a catalytic activator making it ideal for use in production applications.
● Has excellent adhesion to ceramics, metals, glass, etc. and provides high electrical, thermal and shock resistance.
● Used for sealing and assembling parts, encapsulate heating elements, form electrically resistant coatings. Users Report Resbond 940 encapsulates industrial heating elements and high temp. Sensors. Resbond 940 outperforms other ceramic adhesives and materials tested.
Resbond 940LE 2500°F Fast Set, Low Expansion Adhesive
● Now, for the first time, an adhesive specially designed to bond low expansion materials or use in difficult applications. Easy to use. Just mix and apply. Resbond 940LE cures in minutes to form an electrically and chemically resistant bond that will prevent cracking in thermal shock applications.
● Applications include bonding and insulating quartz fixtures, bulbs, halogen lamps, thermocouples, heat sensors, fiber cables, glassware etc.

Resbond 940HT 2800°F Fast Set, High Temp. Adhesive
● New, fast setting, Alumina adhesive can be used continuously to 2800ºF. Just mix and apply. 940HT sets in 15 minutes and cures in 5 minutes at 175ºF.
● Excellent adhesion to ceramics, metals, glass, composites, etc. Resistant to liquid metals, most chemicals and solvents, oxidizing and reducing atmospheres and offers good electrical properties.
● Applications include bonding sapphire tubes to metal end caps for use to 2650ºFand joining metal to ceramic in bonding heating elements to electrical terminals for continuous use at at 2500ºF. It is ideal for any high temp. bonding application.
