Resbond 970N High Temp Adhesive Selector Kit
● This new selector kit contains seven 4 oz. samples of Cotronics Specialty Adhesives (901 fiber based, 919 Electrically Resistant, 940 Fast Setting Ceramic, 950 Metallic Aluminum, 989 General Purpose, 7030 High Strength and 907GF Adhesive and Putty). (see pdf file for physical properties).

Durabond 950 952 954 Metallic Composites
● Durabond adhesives and putties were specially formulated to bond metals, ceramics, and dissimilar materials for use to 2000ºF.
These metallic composite adhesives, overcome the brittle bonds obtained with ceramics and offers some of the ductility and impact resistance associated with soldering and welding.
● Durabond Adhesives can be drilled, tapped, machined, etc.

Durabond 950 Aluminum Base 1200 °F Adhesive
● Developed for high strength bonding of steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, etc.
Durabond 952 Nickel Base 2000 °F Adhesive
● Developed for bonding low expansion metals such as 400 series stainless steel, low expansion, high temp. alloys, metals, ceramics etc.
Durabond 954 Stainless Steel Base 2000 °F Adhesive
● High expansion adhesive for high temp. bonding of 300 series stainless steels, high expansion metals and ceramics.
This moist, creamy putty is easily applied from standard caulking cartridges for use from -300°F to 2300°F.
Just apply to steel, stainless, iron, most metals, ceramics, ceramic cloth, tapes, gaskets, tadpole gaskets, etc.
907GF air dries in 4-12 hours at room temp. (curing may be accelerated with mild heat) and is resistant to most chemicals, solvents, oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, aging, thermal cycling and electricity.
Use for bonding, sealing and repairing exhaust systems, fire brick, gas turbines, brazing fixtures, equipment, stacks, etc. Ideal for use in any high temperature Assembly, Production, Repair or Maintenance Application.
Thermeez 7020 2300°F Ceramic Putty
● Thermeez™ 7020 is made from high purity Alumina Oxide and specialty ceramic binders.
● Just apply and let dry. 7020 forms strong, thermally and electrically insulating ceramic parts in minutes.
Resistant to molten metals, most chemicals, oxidizing and reducing atmospheres.
● Ideal for instant repairs, bonding, molding and forming components, bricks, furnace holders, high temp. thermal and electrical insulation, insulating pipes, supports, burners, etc.
Resbond 907GF 2300°F Adhesive & Sealant

1200°F Stainless Brush on Coating
The corrosion resistance of Stainless Steel is now
available in a easy to use, brush on coating.
Easy to use. Just re-mix, apply directly to clean
surfaces and cure at room temperture. 6105 will form
a continuous layer of stainless steel and protct the
underlying metallic surfaces up to 1200°F.
Duralco 6105 Brush on Coating is resistant to most
chemicals and solvents.
Commonly used for coating high temp. equipment,
pipes, stacks, boilers, furnaces. cks, boilers, furnaces.
1500°F Boron Nitride Spray on Coating and Lubricant
Rescor 112 has excellent electrical insulation, high
thermal conductivity and is a superior high temp lubricant. It is inert to most molten metals, glasses and salts and can be used continuously to 1500°F in air and to 3600°F in an inert atmosphere.
This unique combination makes for an ideal high temp. lubricant, mold release and electrically resistant
coating. Applications include mold release, lubricant,
barrier layer and as an anti-splatter compound.
