Cotronics 370 3000°F Ceramic Fiber Blankets
● Cotronics’ Ceramic Blankets are made from Asbestos Free, High Purity Refractory Fibers. They are resistant to oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, molten non-ferrous metals, steam, most chemicals and solvents.
● They offer outstanding thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity and heat storage, good dielectric strength, high resiliency, mechanical and thermal shock resistance and sound absorption.
● Non-combustible. Will not smoke or spread flame as per UL 723 for fireproofing applications and are ideal for use in any high temperature application.
Cotronics 372 3000°F Wrap It Moldable Sheets
● Wrap It Moldable Sheets combine Cotronics' high purity, refractory fibers with proprietary, inorganic binders in a new economical wet felt form.
● Can be cut to shape, molded and dried to form a light weight resistant to most chemicals and solvents. Wrap It will not crack or spall, has excellent thermal shock resistance and is no wet by molten metals.
● They are ideal for molten metal handling, thermal insulation, fire proofing, burner chambers, field repair, welding supports, fixtures, ovens, sound absorption, separators, etc.
Rescor 300 Highly Efficient, Thermal Insulation
● Ultra temp 300 is resistant to oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, molten non-ferrous metals, steam, most chemicals, solvents, molten metal sparks and splashes.
● It offers outstanding thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity and heat storage, good dielectric strength, high resiliency, mechanical and thermal shock resistance and sound absorption.
● Can be cut with ordinary scissors and formed into complex shapes.
● Use for low cost electrical and thermal insulation, separators, metal handling, gaskets, padding and thousands of uses in every lab, shop and production facility.
Cotronics 375FT 2300°F Thermal Stop Super Efficient Insulation
● Thermal Stop is high purity, aluminum oxide based, ceramic fibers uniquely bonded to a 2 mil thick layer of aluminum foil. The ceramic fibers have a melting point of 3200°F and will provide up to 2300°F continuous service.
● These resilient ceramic fibers strips are used for pipe duct wrap, expansion joints, repairs, insulation of equipment, plastic molds, pilot plants, etc. Use band clamps or high temperature series 600 tapes to secure pipe wraps.
Rescor 360 3000°F Ceramic Boards
● Cotronics’ Ceramic Boards are made from Asbestos Free, High Purity Refractory Fibers. They are resistant to oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, molten non-ferrous metals, steam, most chemicals and solvents.
● They offer outstanding thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity and heat storage, good dielectric strength, high resiliency, mechanical and thermal shock resistance and sound absorption.
● Offer excellent thermal shock resistance and can be heated to 2000°F and cooled in minutes.
● Just cut, saw or drill. Strong, free standing, high temperature shapes and parts can be easily constructed. Use for constructing furnaces, furnace supports, heat shields, laboratory equipment, rigid insulation, trays, gaskets, etc.

Thermeez 391 2600°F Ultra Temp. Fiber Products
● Thermeez 391 is fabricated from non-hydroscopic, non-porous, continuous filament, 11 micron dia. high alumina, ceramic fibers (tensile strengths measure 250,000 psi).
● These filaments are woven into flexible, high strength, abrasion resistant and dimensionally stable, ceramic cloths, tapes, sleevings, etc. Use for hose coverings, gaskets, duct joints, metal filtration, etc.
Thermeez 399 2000°F Silica Fiber Products
● Thermeez 399 is fabricated from 96% pure Silica Fiber. It is totally inorganic and will not smoke when exposed to high heat. ● Can be used continuously to 2000°F and offers short term service to 3000°F.
● Ideal for thermal and electrical insulation, handling molten metals, hose or wire covers, gaskets, expansion joints, welding, arc and molten metal splash protection.
Thermeez 395 & 397 1500°F Ceramic Woven Fiber Products
● Thermeez 395 and 397 is woven from industrial grade, Asbestos ● Free, Ceramic Fibers. These fibers are high in strength, flexible, durable, dimensionally and chemically stable and provide excellent electrical resistance.
● Ideal for thermal insulators, padding, gaskets, flexible curtains, liquid metal splash protection, expansion joints, etc.
