Duralco 4525 4525IP High Temperature Adhesive

● Duralco™ 4525 offers high bond strength, high temp stability, low moisture absorption, low shrinkage and excellent chemical, electrical and radiation resistance. ● 4525 maintains its high electrical resistance over long periods of time and has passed extensive tests for corrosion in hydrochloric, phosphoric, sulfuric and nitric acids, caustic and chrome oxide solutions. ● Applications Include high performance bonding, potting, sealing, repairs, castings and forms protective coatings in electronics, appliances, motors, instrumentation, etc.

Duralco 4461 4461IP High Temperature Adhesive

● Duralco™ 4461 is easy to use. Just mix resin and hardener to form a low viscosity liquid that easily flows into fine details, cracks and crevices. ● 4461 has excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, ceramics and glass, high bond strength, low moisture absorption, high temp. stability, low shrinkage and excellent chemical, electrical and radiation resistance. ● Ideal for ultra thin bond lines, sealing porous materials and protecting, bonding and coating critical electronic components, strain gauges, etc. Also available in RTC 500ºF grades.

Duralco 4538 Electric Resistant Epoxy Resin

● Duralcoï¿½ 4538 unique rubber like epoxy that has the flexibility of silicones and the chemical stability of epoxies. ● Adheres to most plastics, metals, ceramics, glass, rubber and even treated Teflon™. Just mix, apply and cure at room temp. Will not soften or gum up in use. ● 4538 is resistant to thermal shock and vibration, chemicals, solvents and electricity. Provides class "H" service. ● Ideal for stress free bonding, encapsulating, sealing and any application that requires stress free bonding and flexible encapsulations.

Bond-It 7050 Specialty High Temp. Adhesives

● Bond-IT ï¿½7050 Activated Epoxies adhere to most plastic surfaces producing bonds in many cases stronger than the plastic substrates. ● Easy to use. Just mix, apply and cure at room temp. for high bond strength, high temp. stability and excellent electrical, thermal and chemical resistance. ● Ideal for bonding combinations of metals, ceramics, plastics, glass and many other dissimilar materials. In most cases no special surface preparation is required.

Durapot 860 Series High Temperature Adhesive

● Durapot™ 861 is a 100 % reactive compound for use to 500ºF. Provides excellent penetration, even into tightly wound coils. Just mix and cure at room temp. to provide excellent electrical, moisture and chemical resistance. Available in flame retardant grades.

Durapot 863 650°F Low Viscosity, High Temp. Potting

● Durapot™ 863 has unique properties stemming from Cotronics' cross liked, inorganic- organic polymer system. It is a 100 % reactive and can be used to 650ºF after curing at 350ºF. Offers excellent dielectric properties, heat stability, moisture and solvent resistance. Commonly used in electronic assemblies to prevent vibration damage.

Durapot 864 450°F Flexible, Potting Compound

● Durapot™ 864 provides the flexibility required for severe thermal shock applications. Will bond to dissimilar materials, treated Teflon™ and other difficult to bond plastics. Users report the ability to impregnate and bond thousands of small diameter, fiber optical strands for use at 450ºF. Ideal for stress free embedding, impregnating and encapsulation. Available in flame retardant grades.

Durapot 865 500°F Highly Thermally Conductive, Potting Compound

● Durapot™ 865 was designed for applications requiring high heat flows and rapid thermal dissipation. Just mix, apply and cure at room temp. for excellent chemical resistance and high temp. stability. Used for thermally conductive casting, embedding, impregnating and encapsulation.

Durapot 866 500°F Thermally Insulating, Potting Compound

● Durapot™ 866 is a 500ºF thermally and electrically insulating compound. Convenient two part, room temp curing system. Forms a low density, non porous foam for high temp applications. Available in flame retardant grades.

Duralco 4540 500°F Machinable Epoxy

● Duralco™ 4540 machinable epoxy patches, fills, seals and repairs. Offers outstanding adhesion, ductility, thermal conductivity and shock resistance. Has excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents. ● Use for high performance and bonding and repair in appliances, aerospace, automotive, electronics, instrumentation, motors, chemical processing equipment. ● Applications Include: repairing leaks, solder joints, cracks, holes, castings, heating elements, cooling coils, high temp. instruments, assemblies.
